  1. Ribbon-wrapped Frame

  5. 5" x 7" quick stik self-adhesive foam mounting board
  6. 5" x 7" cardboard back
  7. 4 yards of 1" ribbon
  8. 17" of 1/4" flat lace
  9. artificial flowers with pearls
  10. hot glue gun
  11. Directions:

  13. 1. With an X-Acto knife cut ouin center of quick stik self-ad
  14.    hesive foam mounting board.
  15. 2. Wrap ribbon around frame, (you'll have to pleat the ribt:
  16.    frame). Glue ends or pleats in back.
  17. 3. Glue lace to back side of frame at the picture opening.
  18. 4. Join frame and cardboard back by gluing 3 sides on back
  19. 5. Arrange flowers and pearls to corner and glue.
