Ribbon-wrapped Frame

Materials:

5" x 7" quick stik self-adhesive foam mounting board
5" x 7" cardboard back
4 yards of 1" ribbon
17" of 1/4" flat lace
artificial flowers with pearls
hot glue gun
Directions:

1. With an X-Acto knife cut ouin center of quick stik self-ad
   hesive foam mounting board.
2. Wrap ribbon around frame, (you'll have to pleat the ribt:
   frame). Glue ends or pleats in back.
3. Glue lace to back side of frame at the picture opening.
4. Join frame and cardboard back by gluing 3 sides on back
5. Arrange flowers and pearls to corner and glue.
