  1. ProPoc 1.0 (shareware US$30.00)

  3. ProPoc is a project planner for PSION Series 3 computer. You
  4. define a project in terms of activities, milestones, and
  5. Cresources, the length of each activity and the dependencies
  6. between activities. ProPoc will come up  with a project plan that
  7. considers the interdependencies, informs you about start and end
  8. date of each activity and if  an activity is critical or not
  9. (number of float days given).

  11. ProPoc allows you to define up to 7 projects in one file.
  12. Resources can be shared between activities,  even between
  13. different projects. Activities are automatically allocated in a
  14. way that resource  utilization does not exceed 100% .

  16. The project plan can be viewed on screen in graphical form and
  17. can be printed in ASCII form. ProPoc can generate alarms for
  18. certain selectable events, like activities, critical activities,
  19. milestones.

  31. the most important resource - myself -  between these projects.
