  1. This is the license agreement between you and DeinerSoft, 
  2. through its representative, Howard Deiner.
  3.  
  4. 1) Everyone gets a license to this software for free.  They 
  5. may use it as much as they would like on as many computers 
  6. as they wish without charge.  
  7.  
  8. 2) You can give it away this software for others to use, so 
  9. long as you give it away in it's entirity, don't sell it for 
  10. profit, and give DeinerSoft credit.
  11.  
  12. 3) DeinerSoft claims any and all copyright to this software.  
  13. Possession of this software is not the same as ownership.  
  14. While you are allowed to physically possess the software and 
  15. use the software, I will always own it.

  17. 4) This software is distributed without any warranty express 
  18. or implied.  You promise to hold DeinerSoft harmless from any 
  19. action which would otherwise assess damages, including, but not 
  20. limited to, direct, consequential, or other, from your person 
  21. or buisiness.  You also promise to not third party DeinerSoft 
  22. nto any action you may be involved in, including, but not limited 
  23. to, copyright or patent infringement.  If DeinerSoft does become 
  24. involved in such actions, you promise to provide complete 
  25. indemntification as part of this hold harmless clause.

  27. 5) Other than the foregoing, you promise to have fun with this 
  28. software!  All I ask is that you eMail me and tell me that you 
  29. have the software, whether or not you find it useful, and what 
  30. you would like changed or fixed.  Of course, DeinerSoft is under 
  31. no obligation to provide changes or fixes, but I'd like to know 
  32. what people want.
