  2. Sticky Notes 1.5

  5. Sticky Notes implements PostIt like notes on your Windows 95 desktop.
  6.  
  7.  o Create a new empty Sticky Note just by clicking short on the tray icon. 
  8.  o Drag text onto a Sticky Note.
  9.  o Change font and color of the Sticky Note.
  10.  o Organize your Sticky Notes in sets
  11.  o Roll the up and down by double clicking onto the caption bar
  12.  
  13.  o NEW: Create a Sticky Note from an extended template just click and hold on the tray icon.
  14.  
  15. You may try Sticky Notes for 30 days. After that period you have to register
  16. to use Sticky Notes. To register just select Register in the context menu of the
  17. tray icon and then follow the instructions.
  18.  
  19. Installation:
  20. -------------
  21.  
  22. 1. Create a new folder and extract all the Sticky Notes files into it. 
  23. 2. Create a shortcut of Sticky Notes in your StartUp folder.
  24.  
  25. Thats it. The next time you start Windows 95 or log into your account
  26. Sticky Notes will be started and place a new shell icon into the tray.

  28. NOTE:
  29. -----
  30. Please note that the file format has changed. Old notes will be converted 
  31. to the new file format of release 1.4 but these notes are then no longer 
  32. readable with releases of Sticky Notes prior to 1.4.

  35. Creating a new note:
  36. --------------------
  37. Click with the left mouse button onto the shell icon and a new empty Sticky
  38. Note will appear.
  39.  
  40. Creating a new note from an extended template:
  41. ----------------------------------------------
  42. Click with the left mouse button onto the shell icon and a new Sticky
  43. Note will appear which looks exactly like the template.
  44.  
  45. Changing settings of a note:
  46. ----------------------------
  47. Click with the right mouse button onto a note to change font, color and so on.
  48.  
  49. Changing the settings of Sticky Notes:

  51. Click with the right mouse button onto the shell icon.
  52.  
  53. Discarding a note:
  54. ------------------
  55. Click on the close box in the upper left corner of the note or select Delete in
  56. the notes context menu.
  57.  
  58. Rolling up a note:
  59. ------------------
  60. Double click the caption.
  61. The note can then not be resized.

  63. Rolling down a note:
  64. --------------------
  65. Double click the caption again.
