  13. ^2 This  is a game that you can play against the computer, or against a
  14. ^2mate.

  16. ^6 It's  a  super  fast  game that requires you to gather all your wits
  17. ^6about  you  as  you  get ready to blast the baddies before they blast
  18. ^6you!!

  20. ^1 The  graphics  are  very  atmospheric, and give the sci-fi feel that
  21. ^1this  sort  of  game needs.  The sound effects are excellent, as they
  22. ^1should be, as Steve often sends in sfx's to the PD library.

  24. ^2 On the game screen, you see two guns mounted on two slider bars, one
  25. ^2is  horizontal the other vertical.  In the single player version, you
  26. ^2control both guns, using different directions to move each gun.

  28. ^6 In  the  two  player  game,  one person uses the horizontal gun, the
  29. ^6other player controls the vertical gun.

  31. ^1 The  baddies  come  flying  at you and you have to blast them before
  32. ^1they  get to you.  This isn't easy if you are as useless as I am with
  33. ^1a joystick!

  35. ^2 You  earn  credits  on  each  level,  and  these  can be traded with
  36. ^2someone/thing called `Honest Nerd' for bigger and better weopons.  If
  37. ^2you  have  enough  credits,  you  can  choose  from cloaking devices,
  38. ^2hellfire, shields and power shots.

  40. ^6 The  special effects are worth noting, watch the different ways that
  41. ^6the  screen  is cleared to a new picture.  Also take notes on how the
  42. ^6right sound effects can bring a game to life.

  44. ^1 The game is very well documented, so if you want to get the most out
  45. ^1of the game, take time out to read them.

  47. ^2 This  is a game for all Shoot'em up people, its fast and furious and
  48. ^2will get the adrenolin going.
