  43. I was the person who gave Michael the incorrect information. I must
  44. apologize for the confusion. I guess I got so flustered I gave out the
  45. incorrect test mod. The CORRECT (I just tested it again to make sure it
  46. was correct) mod is 2, 9, and LOCKOUT while turning on the scanner. This
  47. also wipes all of your memory locations but gives you the following
  48. frequencies:

  50. 1-138.150
  51. 2-162.400
  52. 3-173.225
  53. 4-406.875
  54. 5-453.250
  55. 6-511.9125
  56. 7-108.500
  57. 8-118.800
  58. 9-127.1750
  59. 10-135.500
  60. 11-157.800
  61. 12-482.3625
  62. 13-806.000
  63. 14-857.200
  64. 15-888.960
  65. 16-911.500
  66. 17-954.9125
  67.  
  68. The last 3 or 4 are out of the normal coverage area for the PRO-23 and
  69. will allow you to scan up and down in the full cellular range. Hope this
