  7.     ModemNews  is  a  magazine dedicated to BBS users across North America,
  8.     and is free to all.  With a combination of text and ANSI  graphics,  we
  9.     are  concerned  with  the free exchange of information between users of
  10.     BBS systems.  Not mail and messages, but ideas.  Not  games,  but  life
  11.     and  information.   We have thus grown into one of our Nation's largest
  12.     and fastest growing magazines of it's type. ModemNews is available only
  13.     as a FILE downloadable from ModemNews OnLine (203) 359-2299 or from any
  14.     authorized ModemNews NewsStand throughout the nation.

  16.         We currently distribute in more than 40 states from  more than 150
  17.     NewsStands and we add new NewStands to  our  Network  every  few  days.
  18.     ModemNews  Magazine  has  provided  space within it's pages for a small
  19.     amount   of   Commercial   advertisements.    Any   commercial   entity
  20.     (including commercial BBS's may purchase ad space in the manner  listed
  21.     below.

  23.      Ad Deadlines are on the 10th of each month and must be payed in full.

  25.                   Publication date is the 1st of each month.
