  12. several years.  Notify all managers and have them arrange for all
  13. employees to gather on the Company lawn and inform them of the
  14. occurrence of this phenomenon.  In the event of rain, cancel the day's
  15. observation and assemble in the auditorium to see a film about the
  16. sun.
