  1. Q:   When adding new users, why does the V12 Install Program ask me if I 
  2.      want to update the new user's function keys and at other times it   
  3.      doesn't?
  4.  
  5. A:   If the SOURCE user has some user defined function keys, then when you 
  6.      create the new user, you will be asked if you want to update the new 
  7.      user's function keys (i.e. with the source user's user defined    
  8.      function keys).
  9.  
  10.      If the SOURCE user has NOT defined any function keys, you will not be 
  11.      prompted because there is nothing to copy.
