  1. I did an upgrade to V12 and all my function keys are doubled!  I have two
  2. shift-F1's, two shift-F2's etc.!

  4. "The indexes the program uses for various functions need to be updated. 
  5. You need to do a Rebuild of all your files and the problem will be
  6. corrected.

  8. "If this is a Network make sure everyone is logged out.   From the Main
  9.      Menu Touch:

  11.           `O' for Other Options
  12.           `D' for Database Utilities
  13.           `M' for Magic Rebuild
  14.           `A' for All Files.
