  2.    NEW     -  This option allows you to change the current
  3.    DATE       DATE for planning up to a month of meals. You
  4.               may change DAYS, MONTHS, or YEARS without the 
  5.               loss of a single entry. Leap years and numbers
  6.               of days per month are calculated respectfully.

  8.    LIST    -  This option gives you a COMPLETE listing of all 
  9.    RECIPES    recipes in the database with their corresponding
  10.               DATA DISK numbers.

  12.    LIST    -  This option gives you a COMPLETE list of the
  13.    CATEGORIES CATEGORIES that YOU created while entering new
  14.               recipes. Use the CATEGORY to greatly increase the
  15.               speed of searching for individual recipes as the
  16.               database becomes large.
  17.
