  2.    EDIT  __ This option allows you to enter the MENU EDITOR 
  3.    MENU     and plan meals. By pressing ENTER you may search
  4.    PLANNER  and select from existing recipes, inserting them
  5.             into the HIGHLIGHTED sections of a meal (or use 
  6.             "Esc" to abort the selection process). Use the 
  7.             "Del" key to delete individual entries from the
  8.             current DAY's list, or use "ALT-D" to delete 
  9.             the entire list for that day. The NUMBER OF 
  10.             SERVINGS is calculated using the original serving 
  11.             size as a BASE MULTIPLIER for each selection . You 
  12.             may increase or decrease the servings for a menu 
  13.             selection by pressing the "+" or "-" keys while
  14.             the selection is highlighted. Servings may be 
  15.             calculated for up to 200 times the original entry.
