  10. The charges for upgrading the shareware versions of Exl-Plan
  11. and (optional) 120-page bound manual are as follows:

  13.         License for one copy of Exl-Plan Micro:   US$ 49
  14.         License for one copy of Exl-Plan Lite:    US$ 89
  15.         License for one copy of Exl-Plan Pro:     US$ 129
  16.         One copy of manual (optional):            US$ 20

  18. These charges include airmail postage (where applicable).

  24. Remote Upgrading
  25. ----------------
  26. The Upgrade Code Number (upper right-hand side of FRONT
  27. worksheet) can be used to remotely upgrade your downloaded
  28. shareware copy of Exl-Plan. As a result, you can enter
  29. meaningful assumptions into this copy which you will be able
  30. to upgrade to the fully operational version. This will save
  31. time and eliminate the need to re-entry assumptions as well as
  32. further downloading and installation. Once payment has been
  33. cleared (normally within 24 hours), an Unlock Code will be
  34. sent to the user, usually by the same route (post, fax, phone
  35. or e-mail) as was used to seek the upgrade.

  37. If you do not want your copy of Exl-Plan to be remotely
  38. upgraded, do not enter any Upgrade Code Number below and a
  39. disk containing the latest upgraded version will be airmailed.
  40. Irrespectively, a disk will be sent if the release number has
  41. been superseded.

  43. If you wish to upgrade to a different version or edition of
  44. Exl-Plan, you must download the appropriate shareware version/
  45. edition and quote its own unique Upgrade Code Number.
