- <p> Give Peace a Chance, by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, came
- out in 1969 while fighting was still going on in Vietnam. So
- what could be more natural than Lennon's son Sean, 15, updating
- the lyrics in time for the Middle East crisis? The video
- version, which is to be released this week, got started when
- rocker Lenny Kravitz suggested the idea to Lennon's widow Yoko
- Ono. It then became a family project, with Sean writing most
- of the words. Sample lyrics: "Everybody's talkin' 'bout civil
- war, revolution, Armageddon, no solution...We don't want
- to drop the bomb." Says Kravitz: "Sean's a genius. His father
- left him a gift." And he gets by with a little help from his
- friends.
