  88.     1.  Previous release of the software writes to the registry
  89.         an incorrect version number when the software is 
  90.         invoked in the Silent mode.  This defect has been
  91.         corrected in this build.

  97. Revision:    Version 2.10 Production Release Build 0002 Information:
  98.     1.  This software will install the ICHxSMB.INF file on 
  99.         systems running Windows 98 Second Edition even though 
  100.         the SMBus device is natively supported by the OS.
  101.         This is done to allow easy update of any future SMBus
  102.         driver.
  103.  
  104.     2.  A Change Driver prompt may be displayed from Windows 
  105.         setup on devices with PCI Subsystem ID fields 
  106.         programmed to a non-zero value.  
  107.         
  108.     3.  During the Windows setup stage, the USB keyboard 
  109.         and mouse may not be accessible because the
  110.         legacy USB driver may be inactive when Windows 
  111.         enters the GUI mode.  There is a small window
  112.         of time during which it may not be possible for the
  113.         system to accept user input.  Since the INF
  114.         Installation Utility may cause prompts during the
  115.         Windows setup stage, it should not be used on systems
  116.         with a USB keyboard and mouse as the sole input
  117.         devices.

  119.     4.  When the INF Installation Utility is run on a system 
  120.         with the Windows 95 Original Release, the Device
  121.         Manager may report a memory resource conflict.  This
  122.         conflict involves the resources allocated to PCI
  123.         cards that are located behind a PCI bridge.  The
  124.         operating system incorrectly reports a memory
  125.         conflict, even though the memory resources in
  126.         question are fully contained within the PCI bridge
  127.         aperture.  This appears to be a known issue with the
  128.         Windows 95 operating system.  The INF Installation
  129.         Utility operation has no effect on this issue.
  130.  
  131.     5.  Older revisions of the Intel(R) LANDesk(R) Software Package 
  132.         may cause a Device Manager warning when installed on 
  133.         a system after the INF Installation Utility has been 
  134.         executed on the system.
