  2.                      AOpen PA70 Savage3D Flash Utility Readme
  3.                      ========================================
  4.  
  5.     This utility is use to update your AOpen PA70 Savage3D display 
  6.     card Video BIOS to new version. Please fellow these steps below 
  7.     to update.
  8.  
  9.     !!Warnning!!
  10.     Please set jumper to jp1-2 ON to enable flash operation.
  11.  
  12.     [CHECKSUM.EXE]    
  13.  
  14.     This utility will show the checksum number of file, Please use this 
  15.     utility to make sure the Video BIOS file is correct.
  16.     
  17.     1. Execute "CHECKSUM biosfile". biosfile means the binary file 
  18.        download from AOpen WebSite ( ex. PA70_B25.ROM )
  19.     
  20.     2. The utility will show "CheckSum is ####"
  21.  
  22.     3. Please make sure the checksum is the same as the one in web.
  23.        If not, please go download again !!

  38.         This utility will try to check the display card, and permanently 
  39.     replace your original Video BIOS with new version. Please make sure 
  40.     the Video BIOS file is correct before execute this utility.

  42.         1. Execute "S3FLASH biosfile". biosfile means the binary file 
  43.        download from AOpen WebSite ( ex. PA70_B25.ROM )

  45.         2. Ths screen will look like :

  63.     3. After successful updated the new Video BIOS, please tuen off the 
  64.        power and reboot to take effect.

  66.         4. DO NOT turn off the power during "FLASHING".
  67.  
  68.     Warning: DO NOT turn off the power during "FLASHING". If the BIOS 
  69.          programming is not successfully finished, the system will not 
  70.          be boot again, and you may need to physically replace the BIOS 
  71.          chip.
