Many Targa TGA file viewers and converters will only work with
Targa images which are stored starting with the bottom scan line
first working towards the top. Phoenix begins storeing the image
with the top scanline and working towards the bottom. The the TGA
viewer displays the image upside down this is the cause.
TGAFLIP will invert an image to make it compatible with the bottom
to top format. When the program is run the file selector will be
displayed to choose a TGA file. This file will be converted to the
bottom to top format and resaved using the same name. The program
will then exit back to the desktop. If the image is already in
bottom to top format no changes will be made.
