  11. [     The PC is the most common computer
  12. [in the world but its scene isn't as big
  13. [as what we could have expected.
  14. [     First of all, I must say that this
  15. [scene only exists for the AT , there is
  16. [absolutely nothing, for the old lame XT
  17. [system. For the ignorant guys, an AT is
  18. [a computer based on a 80286,386 or 486,
  19. [from Intel. So the scene exists, but it
  20. [is not a big one... 
  21.      At the beginning, PC were on earth
  22. only for enterprises, and not for games
  23. only a few CGA and EGA shits, were done
  24. by software companies but that was very
  25. poor there was no protection and it was
  26. not worth copying...
  27.      But suddenly with the VGA graphics
  28. cards, and the Sound systems, (Like the
  29. Adlib or Soundblaster by Example...) it
  30. became possible to make cool games. The
  31. first real great PC games were from the
  32. company SIERRA ON LINE , with great VGA
  33. games like KING QUEST V.That was one of
  34. the first game to use Soundblaster tune
  35. with great VGA pictures.
  36. ]     After a period of reflection, some
  37. ]AMIGA crew created a PC SECTION and the
  38. ]scene could start ! 
  39.      Do you know that at the beginning,
  40. 'ANGEL FACE'  was a  supplier  for  the
  41. famous TRSI ? He was so hated on the ST
  42. scene that it was the only solution for
  43. him... But now he is no longer in TRSI,
  44. in fact I don't know what he became...

  46. ]     Here are now the most famous teams
  47. ]on the PC Cracking Scene:

  49. * FAIRLIGHT (FLT)-1st they were only on
  50. AMIGA, but now, they are also on PC and
  51. SUPER FAMICOM.

  53. [* THE DREAM TEAM (TDT)-A long time ago,
  54. [they were on AMIGA but now they're only
  55. [on PC. They're very fast.
  56.  
  57. * TRISTAR & RED SECTOR INCORPORATED
  58. They were one of the first to open a PC
  59. Section Now they're active on the three
  60. computers (Mainly AMIGA,PC and a bit ST
  61. computers).

  63. [* RAZOR 1911 -Also on AMIGA but they're
  64. [now mainly on PC. It's with TDT,FLT and
  65. [TRSI one of the leading crews on PC...
  66.  
  67. * THE HUMBLE GUYS (THG)-Quite asleep at
  68. the moment they were very productive at
  69. the beginning of the PC scene. They are
  70. only on PC.

  72. [* INC -Most of them are from US.They're
  73. [also only on PC.

  75. * QUARTEX (QTX)-They have nothing to do
  76. with the fake team created by Ruthlame,
  77. and, I don't know from where their guys
  78. are coming... Mainly USA I think...They
  79. still release some games on AMIGA , but
  80. not as much as when OLIVER was leader.

  82. [* ICS -Lately somebody called THE PARIS
  83. [ANGEL released a few crack for them but
  84. [their intro was really shit. The Threat
  85. [was lately looking for a PC-DEBUGGER on
  86. [the french minitel, but we have no news
  87. [from him... He's already lame enough on
  88. [ST to move for the PC !

  90. * ONE MAN GANG (OMG)-They are not, very
  91. productive, they only release sometimes
  92. a few games.

  94. [* PC VISION -A brand new PC crew with 4
  95. [members at the moment. One of them, was
  96. [a very famous hacker in the most famous
  97. [ST cracking team. The 3 others are also
  98. [well know on ST. To contact them simply
  99. [ask to any MAD'VISION members for their
  100. [contact address...

  102. ]     The demo scene on PC is not really
  103. ]developped. Only 1 really good demo has
  104. ]been released on PC for the moment it's
  105. ]the UNREAL demo, by the FUTURE CREW. It
  106. ]as good as the AMIGA, with really great
  107. ]3D effects and many other things , with
  108. ]fantastics originals soundtracks played
  109. ]in stereo if U have a Soundblaster Pro.
  110. ]A crew called ULTRAFORCE, has also done
  111. ]a nice 3D demo but except that stuff we
  112. ]can't say demos are numerous !

  114. [  Finally, I must say that the Cracking
  115. [scene will certainly not grow too much,
  116. [in the future months , simply because a
  117. [few groups are totally ruling the scene
  118. [in USA and EUROPE. But we can hope real
  119. [developpement of the demo scene , which
  120. [is quite weak at the present time.  But
  121. [to code on Pc  is  not  a  easy  thing,
  122. [especialy if you want your work  to  be
  123. [compatible on all machine.
