  3. The purpose of this equipment is to send signals to other civilizations in
  4. space. The device described here sends numeric codes intended to attend
  5. interest at a interstellar spacefaring people. The purpose of the device is to
  6. attract alien spacecrafts to Earth.  When a spacecraft reach Earth the
  7. communications to the crew can be done by other methods. The device is builded
  8. around a pyramidical shape that transmits signals on energyplain 3.  The
  9. wavelength is proportional with the double of the pyramid height. The
  10. modulator consist of a organic cylinder who stays vertically inside the
  11. pyramid. Around this cylinder there are a coil consisting of copper wire. The
  12. numeric codes are sent into the coil who generate magnetic impulses containing
  13. the numeric information.  The codes are modulated impulses. The number of
  14. pulses indicates the number sent.  The carrier frequency can be 10 MHz. When
  15. this frequency are turned on and off the numeric pulses are generated. The
  16. decimals are sent by increasing the "baudrate" by 10 when they are sent. The
  17. code who should be sent are burned into a EPROM. The device sends the signals
  18. on energyplain 3. That means the speed of light multiplied by itself 4 times.
  19. At this speed the signal can reach the Andromeda Galaxy in milliseconds. The
  20. device should be placed in nonpopulated arias. The energysource who drive the
  21. modulator can be generated by solar cells.
