  3. I will hereby attract your attention on a research field,who are very
  4. little known,but will have interest fore those of you who are interested
  5. in radio communications.The research on this field is mostly carried out
  6. in civilisations on other planets,only very little on earth.This field is
  7. telecommunication in other spectrum than the electromagnetic spectrum.
  8. The theoretical platform is based on a picture where space is given five
  9. dimensions.Three fore space,one fore time and one fore energy.That we are
  10. interested in here is the fifth dimension (the energy dimension).Along
  11. this dimension it's defined several energy plains.A energy plain is a
  12. energy system,where the energy is defined after certain physical
  13. parameters.The law on the energy keeping (the second main sentence in the
  14. thermal dynamic) such it's known to Earth today and the theory on
  15. relativity,will only be valid within a energiplain (example ours) and not
  16. between them.This means a limited space along the fifth dimension axis.On
  17. the energy plain oboe us the energy is described after other physical
  18. rules.Within a energy plain it can seems to look like a closed
  19. system.According to special cosmic rules it's interaction between the
  20. energiplain.According to a cosmic rule,the static nature laws in a
  21. enwrapping,is made by dynamic reactions in the energiplain oboe.According
  22. to special conditions a two way communications between the energiplain
  23. are possible.The main construction of the hyperspace (the space with all
  24. dimensions) is carried out by the controlling intelligence in cosmos.The
  25. living creatures in space are allowed to construct new structures within
  26. this system limited by their intelligence and spiritual development.In
  27. our energiplain the maximum wavespeed usually is the speed of light.In
  28. the oboe energy plain the maximum speed is the lightspeed multiplied with
  29. itself.The energiplain oboe this again is that speed multiplied whit
  30. itself.From our energiplain the speed on energiplain three is the
  31. lightspeed multiplied with itself fore times.It's obvious that use of
  32. higher spectrum for telecommunication,will release a huge number of more
  33. channels fore wireless communications.It's possible that waves on
  34. energiplain 3 are penetrable according to ordinary physical matter.This
  35. means that it will be possible to talk to the other end of the globe,by
  36. waves who will travel right through the planet.This will again eliminate
  37. the need fore telecommunication satellites.

  39. ----DESCRIPTIONS OF A TRANSMITTER FORE WAVES ON ENERGIPLAIN 2.The unit
  40. are using a ordinary radio transmitter.The unit has form of an antenna
  41. that will transform ordinary electromagnetic waves to high energy waves
  42. on the spectrum oboe us.The system consist of a copper cylinder.  Within
  43. this cylinder are there a system of strong permanent magnets.This magnets
  44. are formed as discs with a hole in their centre.The north pole is on one
  45. side of the discs and the south pole on the other side.The magnets are
  46. arranged such as the northpole on one disc are pointed against the
  47. northpole of another and vica verca.This means that the magnets will
  48. disattrack each other along the entire system.Through the centre holes of
  49. the magnets is there putted a insulated none magnetic wire (ordinary
  50. copper wire).This wire is soldered to a disc of copper at it's
  51. centre.This disc are again soldered to the coppertube itself in such a
  52. way that no electromagnetic leak is made between the copper tube and the
  53. copper disc.Each end of the tube are tighten with such a copper disk.The
  54. coaxs comes in to the system through the bottom disc.  The centre of the
  55. coax is soldered to the centre leader who are penetrating the magnets,and
  56. outer part of the coax are soldered to the coppercylinder itself.The
  57. magnet system are placed i a plastic tube.Between the magnets it's small
  58. plastic pieces whits holds the magnets in a constant distance of ca 2 cm
  59. to each other.Between the plastic tube and the copper tube,it should be
  60. at least 0.5 cm with air or vacuum.The entire length of the system is
  61. given of the frequency one will use.It's very important that the system
  62. is resonant.  You must have in mind that it isn't a conventional energy
  63. transaction in the tube.It's the electromagnetic tension field,not the
  64. power that stand fore the interdimensional interaction.As higher tension
  65. between the systems centre leader and the inside of the copper tube,these
  66. better will the system functionate.About 1000 Volt PEP are good.The tube
  67. must stand vertical to functionate.The system uses the natural magnetic
  68. field that surrounds the planet as "earth plain".Therefore must the
  69. system when used near the Earth South pole have the south pole magnet in
  70. the bottom end pointing against the Earth.  Fore me it's opposite as i
  71. live near the magnetic north pole.The system will work better as closer
  72. you are coming to one of the magnetic poles.It's recommended that this
  73. system are not used fore frequencies below 100 MHz.  At 144 MHz you will
  74. get a wavelength of 625000 Km.In 3 milliseconds this wave will reach the
  75. planet Mars.This system are useful fore communications within the solar
  76. system.Fore interstellar communications you must use waves in a spectrum
  77. that belong to energiplain 3.A such system can use the earth gravitation
  78. field as "earth plain".Since there are no telecommunication regulations
  79. on earth on use of other spectrum,you are free to use any frequency you
  80. like.If your experiments interferes with interplanetary
  81. communications,the spacepeople will come to you direct and tell you about
  82. it.  I think that it will not be such danger with this low frequencies
  83. according to that spectrum.The spacepeople communication,can come more in
  84. reach if you go oboe 100 million MHz in this spectrum.  This information
