  8.         I decided to release this version of my OS/2 port of the 
  9. Flights of Fantasy flight simulator because of all of the bickering on the
  10. net about DIVE application performance.  It is not a spectacular application,
  11. but it has zero assembly in it, because I'de love to get my hands on OS/2 for
  12. the PowerPC (and a PowerPC box) to check out the performance there.
  13.  
  14.         Because this program uses the OS/2 Warp DIVE interface, it will only work
  15. on a Warp box.  I have tested on several types of video cards, and the only one I
  16. have found that this doesn't seem to work on is a Compaq Q-Vision card.

  18.         This version doesn't have any sound, or joystick support.  The keyboard
  19. is your only control.  The controls are as follows:

  21.                                 F9      - Start Engine
  22.                                 PG-UP   - Throttle Up
  23.                                 PG-DOWN - Throttle Down
  24.                                 Arrows  - Direction control

  26.         I am currently in the process of building the design for a more robust
  27. version of this software.  I have asked on comp.os.os2.games for suggestions, and 
  28. recieved about 30-40 replies.  I will gladly take any suggestions as to what
  29. you would like me to include.  I am currently leaning toward a stable head-to-head
  30. game with multiple aircraft types, and therefore am not into spectacular graphics, but
  31. I could be swayed.
