Description:
CAL is a simple calendar/diary program.
CAL is shareware! If you like it, pay for it!
CAL is cheap! $10 ain't much, isn't it?
CAL is easy to use, so this doc will be short:)
Press F1 for short help.
Shareware:
As mentioned above, CAL is shareware. If you don't register your
memo's can only be 1024 Bytes. If you send me $10, (no coins please),
I'll send you a key and you can edit 32767 Bytes a day.
If you're rich and you really like this program, consider paying
more:)
Special offer:
If you don't like to send money to programmers, if you don't like to
pay for programs at all, send me a postcard from your hometown,
but make it a ncie one! Then you'll get a special _FREE_ limited
registration key, good for 4096 Bytes a day.
You'll have to send your email-address too, of course.
If you don't have email, enclose some money for regular mail.
$2 will do, but hey, if you're paying this, just add $8 and
you're done.
You can pay in any currency too:
Convert the US Dollar amount to your own currency
using the most current (today's) exchange rate.
I'm a student so I really need the money.
Technical:
CAL stores its data in '.DAC' files.
A filename may look like this: 19721011.dac where
1972 is the year,
10 is the month,
11 is... guess what?
These files are stored on your current drive and dir.
NB! This isn't neccesarily the drive where CAL.EXE resides.
This is the way most programs work...
CAL needs less than 100k free memory.
MS-DOS 3.3 or higher is required.
