  4. Serious Cybernetics is currently assembling a beta team to test future 
  5. versions of RkPlus(tm), as well as other programming libraries that are 
  6. currently in development.  If you are interested in becoming a Serious 
  7. Cybernetics Beta Site, fill out the form below and mail it to :

  13. Serious Cybernetics libraries currently support Turbo/Borland Pascal(tm) and 
  14. Stony Brook Pascal+(tm), but we are presently developing versions of 
  15. RkPlus(tm) for QuickBASIC(tm) and C, and are interested in developing 
  16. libraries for other languages as well.
  17.  
  18. ACTIVE beta testers will receive a free registration of libraries tested.  
  19. All testing is done through a special beta area of our support BBS (Phoenix 
  20. StarFighter BBS * (404) 869-3410 * FidoNet 1:3616/20).  Therefore, you MUST
  21. be a current user of this BBS or enclose PHOENIX.FRM in order to become a
  22. beta site.

  38.       Each SERIOUS CYBERNETICS beta site is bound by agreement to the
  39.    following:
  40.  
  41.           (1) Each SERIOUS CYBERNETICS beta site is granted
  42.               a 30 day licence, which will be automatically
  43.               renewed, so long as this signed and dated form
  44.               remains on file with SERIOUS CYBERNETICS and
  45.               the beta site has adhered to all of the terms
  46.               and conditions herein.
  47.  
  48.           (2) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS beta materials (including,
  49.               but not limited to, beta & pre-release versions
  50.               of libraries and software, documentation and
  51.               beta keys) may not be distributed by beta sites,
  52.               in modified or unmodified form, in source, unit,
  53.               object, library or executable format, nor released
  54.               in software, in those formats, that contains any
  55.               part thereof.
  56.  
  57.           (3) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS retains the right to withhold
  58.               or distribute any information regarding software
  59.               or libraries that are being beta tested
  60.               (including, but not limited to, proposed features,
  61.               pricing, and release schedules).  This information
  62.               may NOT be distributed by beta sites, in any form.
  63.  
  64.           (4) Each beta site will receive a free registration of
  65.               any software or library that is beta tested, so
  66.               long as all of these terms and conditions have
  67.               been met and the beta site has submitted, at
  68.               least, 1 beta report to SERIOUS CYBERNETICS every
  69.               30 days for those items.

  72.   governing SERIOUS CYBERNETICS beta sites, and do and will comply
  73.   with all conditions described therein.
