  17. Well, I don't know, really, but there are some strange things to it.
  18. I scanned the executable for DOOM II and found some rather weird strings:
  19. YOU ARE DOOMED
  20. NO MERCY
  21. NYAH-HAH-HAH
  22. PIRATE SCUM
  23. Note that they are slightly encrypted, but they are close to all
  24. the other strings, and the encryption is really very simple.
  25. Now, when are these displayed? It's not the default 'talk' macros,
  26. nor any of the messages I have seen appear during gameplay.
  27. Has anyone encountered them? If so, please tell us all about it.
  28. We'd love to hear all the details. :-)
