Not everyone who pirates software is out to save themselves money at the
expense of others. Some just try to make better purchasing decisions so
they don't buy crap, or in this case, want to get the game as soon as they
can.
I have a friend who already has a copy of Doom II, and he's going to try
to send it to me over the next day or two. I'm anxious to play it. Does
that mean that I'm going to cancel my copy I have on reserve from GT,
even if I win the game in the next week? Hell no! I'm sure I'll play
this game enough to make it worth my money several times over.
