  26. Attorneys fees MAY be awarded at the discretion of the court; it's not 
  27. automatic and some courts are VERY STINGY about them.  It's been 
  28. estimated that the average copyright case will cost $140,000.  If the 
  29. defendant is judgement proof and you don't have that kind of money, 
  30. arguing about suing is irrelevant.
