Attorneys fees MAY be awarded at the discretion of the court; it's not
automatic and some courts are VERY STINGY about them. It's been
estimated that the average copyright case will cost $140,000. If the
defendant is judgement proof and you don't have that kind of money,
arguing about suing is irrelevant.
