  15. My friend took his registered veresion of Doom 1.1 and tried to patch it to
  16. version 1.2. Everything worked fine until the patch program got to the
  17. big .WAD file. He got this message:

  19.     Warning wpt0036 old file not found however a file of the same name
  20.     was found. No update done since file contents do not match.
  21.  
  22. What should I tell him to do? He and another guy want to play serial doom,
  23. but can't until they can both get their 1.1's upgraded to 1.2's.
