As for episodes, Doom2 has 1 episode, (you've heard that before), old
PWADS do _NOT_ work on Doom2. There is only one reason, Doom1 labels
it's level E?M?, Doom2 labels it's level MAP??. If you edit the PWAD
with a hex-editor, and change E?M? to MAP01, you can play the old wad, on
level one of Doom2. I've already modded DEU to work with Doom2, it took
all of about 30 minutes. Oh, another problem with using old PWADs with
Doom2, alot of old textures don't exist anymore (comp2??, ashwall, etc),
so it crashes when it can't find the textures...
