  23.     your argument isn't valid..  your lawn chair example refers to 
  24. something that isn't replaceable..  if someone were to grab the *ONLY* copy 
  25. of doom 2 and not pay for it, then that would be theft..  but if your lawn
  26. chair wasn't for sale, but i *sat* in it for a few weeks, then I bought it
  27. later, then you lose nothing..  if you were to xerox the designs and then
  28. profit from it, or xerox the designs to something that won't be made 
  29. available, then YES, that's theft.. but if you were to xerox something 
  30. that will be released, and that you will buy, and you have an advance
  31. copy ofr yourself that you're not giving to others who won't buy it, then
  32. no one loses..   as I said, your arguments are very poor, because they are
  33. not at all similar to the current debate..
