Has anyone besides me been playing with multiple player one starts in a WAD?
I've found that the thing with the highest number becomes the player, and the
rest become, for lack of a better term, "voodoo dolls" - you can hurt them,
and you hurt.
However, monsters will not attack them, unless they are in the way to you,
pain floors do not hurt them, and anything they pick up, you pick up. You can
move them by shooting or punching them, it hurts you, but it is interesting.
Imagine a deathmatch WAD with voodoo dolls hidden for each player... would
add an interesting layer to the fighting.
Are there any WADs that use this technique? I can think of several cool
applications...
