I have a Maui card whose drivers appear to be causing DOOM to lock up
shortly into the game. Often it isn't even able to load the game due to a
Gen Prot Fault Error[35]. Does anyone know just what this means and why
this is happening? I recently changed motherboards -- it wasn't happening
with the OPTi chipset, but it does with this Intel Neptune. I can't find
any adress or IRQ conflicts (Maui is set to a330, i12). Doom runs fine if
I do not use the Maui1.2 drivers -- but it's much mre fun to play with
wavetable music. Anyone?
