Oh it's bbs ready all right. However if you want to put the CD on the BBS
you have to contact all the WAD authors and verify that it's okay with them.
They gave away their direct BBS rights, but they didn't give away their CD,
and certainly not their CD-to-BBS rights :-)

Ok, I call SERIOUS bullshit here.. if a person releases a DooM wad file I
fully believe that that wad file is public domain... YES it is copyrighted BY
THE AUTHOR.... but it has been PUT INTO PUBLIC DOMAIN since your SHURELY not
planning on making money off of a coyrighted game are you? Last I checked,
iD wasn't too hot on people selling DooM wad files... yes, you have to pay
for the CD-Rom ... but you're not paying for the levels on the cd, you're
paying for them to be delivered to you via a different medium... just the
same as if you were snagging them off I-Net... You do pay for I-net axess
don't you? Maybe not with cash directly... but thru education for you
student's with accounts... or thru business for you power lunch DooMers...
Specifically... if an author does not want their wad file to be distributed
freely... DON'T RELEASE IT!!!
