  27. There is a switch that activates the passage across the pit.
  28.  
  29. After going through the door to the NW of the first room (i.e.: the room
  30. with the pit), you'll see another room in front of you (to the right of the
  31. blue sphere), with imps, former humans and a switch in it (down some
  32. stairs). You have to push this switch, which opens up a new passage just to
  33. the left of the room with the switch (go back out to the room where you can
  34. see the blue sphere and you'll be able to see the new passage).

  36. Go up this passage, kill everything and come back out of the room and all
  37. the way down the steps again. What happens is that there is a secret 'door'
  38. at the NE corner of the room you've just gone into that is triggered when
  39. you start up the steps. You have only got a limited time to get to it so
  40. you will have to run (i.e. shift key). Once you're through the door, kill
  41. the imps, and drop off the platform to your right. Keep going through the
  42. slime under the doorway and you'll come to a platform on your left raised
  43. out of the slime that has a switch on it. This is the switch that activates
  44. the passage you're looking for. To get out of this area, find the secret
  45. door on the platform.
