  12. I have a Gateway 2000 386/33c w/8MB and an original SoundBlaster
  13. set to defaults I/O 220h IRQ 7. Whenever DOOM plays a digitized
  14. sound effect, it seems it plays twice. The effect is like a loud
  15. echo - and is very distracting. Anyone have any hints as to what
  16. could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated...
