hi guys, i had a similar problem with my tsengs et4000/32i card in
my dx2/66 machine, well i only got 43.6 frames or something, well i turned
out to be a bottle neck somewhere in my motherboard or bios, my motherboard
just couldnt give the performance the cpu demanded, wether this was due to
the lack of dram speed configurations or something like that ill never know,
well i bought myself a new motherboard, swapped my cpu over configured the
bios to fastest settings for dram speed and local bus speed, and hey presto
i know get 50 fps... cool heh, well your problem is probably with the bios
settings, memory speed, or just a really crappy motherboard.... this is only
a guess, see if you can try your graphics card in another machine and see if
you can get a faster result, if you do the it something to do with the
mother board, all other things being equal,, eg memory size and speed. cache
size.... just try to narrow it down if you can......!
