Yes, that is really bad. My friend has a 486/33 vlb (cheesy made in
china), 1mb genoa 8500 vlb video, and he get 26.3 from 3dbench. he also
has 256k cache. I have a 486/66 with 8mb, 256k, vlb et4000 1mb video and
I get 50fps!!! Something is wrong. Is you video card a trident? Cirrus
logic? that is most likely the problem.
