  4. Shareware.  If the user intends to use the program as
  5. an integral part of any computer's operating system 
  6. the program should be registered by purchasing the 
  7. full version.  Full versions are available at Damsel's
  8. website, http://www.damselsoftware.com or at major 
  9. online stores where electronic downloads are available.

  11. A Walk In The Woods Shareware Screen Saver, its images 
  12. and all text contained herein are copyrighted and are the 
  13. sole property of Damsel Software Group.  Reuse of any of 
  14. the materials including all images contained in this 
  15. screen saver for any commercial use is not permitted 
  16. without the expressed written permission of Damsel 
  17. Software Group.

  19. This screen saver is protected by copyright laws and 
  20. international copyright treaties, as well as other 
  21. intellectual property laws and treaties.  This screen 
  22. saver is licensed, not sold.  If the license is not agreed 
  23. to by the primary user, the product should not be used.

  25. The publisher makes no warranty concerning the function or 
  26. fitness of any programs or graphics files included in this 
  27. package.  Neither Damsel Software Group, or its authorized 
  28. agents shall be held liable for consequential, special, 
  29. indirect, or other similar damages or claims, including 
  30. loss of profits or any other commercial damages, and in no
  31. event will the liability for any damages to the purchaser 
  32. or any other person ever exceed the price paid for the 
  33. license to use the software, regardless of any form of the 
  34. claim, even if Damsel Software Group has been advised of 
  35. the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any 
  36. other party.  Damsel Software Group specifically disclaims 
  37. all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not 
  38. limited to implied warranties of merchantability and 
  39. fitness for a particular purpose or application.
