END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This program is licensed for free distribution as 
Shareware.  If the user intends to use the program as
an integral part of any computer's operating system 
the program should be registered by purchasing the 
full version.  Full versions are available at Damsel's
website, http://www.damselsoftware.com or at major 
online stores where electronic downloads are available.

A Walk In The Woods Shareware Screen Saver, its images 
and all text contained herein are copyrighted and are the 
sole property of Damsel Software Group.  Reuse of any of 
the materials including all images contained in this 
screen saver for any commercial use is not permitted 
without the expressed written permission of Damsel 
Software Group.

This screen saver is protected by copyright laws and 
international copyright treaties, as well as other 
intellectual property laws and treaties.  This screen 
saver is licensed, not sold.  If the license is not agreed 
to by the primary user, the product should not be used.

The publisher makes no warranty concerning the function or 
fitness of any programs or graphics files included in this 
package.  Neither Damsel Software Group, or its authorized 
agents shall be held liable for consequential, special, 
indirect, or other similar damages or claims, including 
loss of profits or any other commercial damages, and in no
event will the liability for any damages to the purchaser 
or any other person ever exceed the price paid for the 
license to use the software, regardless of any form of the 
claim, even if Damsel Software Group has been advised of 
the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any 
other party.  Damsel Software Group specifically disclaims 
all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not 
limited to implied warranties of merchantability and 
fitness for a particular purpose or application.
