Searching
---------
Help desk staff can now search for related calls from an existing
calls profile. The last page of each Call Profile permits staff
to search for calls using criteria already defined for the existing
call, or to search using Ad Hoc criteria they specify as needed.
Searching is not covered in the online documentation for the demo.
Commercial versions will include full documentation in both the
Reference and Tutorial documents (online and hardcopy).
Reporting
---------
This v1.03 release supports printing and reporting of existing
support calls. Calls can be printed directly from the Calls List,
Calls Profile, and from active Queue Monitors. Actual reports
can be defined to select calls based on nearly all call criteria,
and then generated reports of some or all call information.
Call criteria can be formal or Ad Hoc.
Call reports can be printed to local, FAX, and network printers
available to the user at that time. Call reports can also be
previewed, pasted into other OS/2 applications from the clipboard,
and saved to graphics files. The preview feature requires the
OS/2 Picture Viewer.
In the next v1.04 release support will also be added to represent
call and event statistics in business graphic formats. This will
be a free update to existing customers.
Additional report format types will released in the future based
on customer input. New format types are quickly added to the
Supporter product using information files maintained on our BBS.
