  1. BackMaster Disaster Recovery Image Creation Utility readme.
  2.  
  3. The included makedsk.cmd (OS/2) and makedsk.bat (DOS) file's
  4. help you to create the 2 disaster recovery diskettes required
  5. required for BackMaster Disaster Recovery under OS/2 Warp 4.0.
  6.  
  7. Required: (2) Blank diskettes
  8.  
  9. Label each diskette as follows:

  11. BackMaster Boot Diskette [01/02]
  12. BackMaster Utility Diskette [02/02]
  13.  
  14. MAKEDSK.CMD (OS/2):
  15. From a OS/2 Command line type "makedsk.cmd" then press return.
  16. Follow the directions on your screen to create the diskettes, you
  17. will be prompted for for each diskette when needed.

  19. MAKEDSK.BAT (DOS):
  20. From a DOS Command line type "makedsk.bat" then press return.
  21. Follow the directions on your screen to create the diskettes, you
  22. will be prompted for for each diskette when needed.

  24. After creating the 2 required diskettes, make sure to edit the
  25. config.sys file on diskette 1 "BackMaster Boot Diskette [01/02]".
  26. Make the needed changes to the BackMaster device statement(s)
  27. for you device. Refer to the "Readme.1st" file for additional Info.
