  13. When you create an icon with customized settings and try to activate it 
  14. in the Templates folder, you discover other settings were automatically 
  15. assigned. The settings must be manually changed.

  19. Note: In OS/2 Warp, any new program that has an entry in the database,
  20.       adopts the default settings described in the database.
  21.  
  22. This is working as designed. OS/2 Warp has a feature that searches the 
  23. migration database and assigns settings for application matches.
  24.  
  25. Each application on the Desktop has an EXE name. OS/2 Warp checks the 
  26. migration database for this name. If a name exists in the database, 
  27. OS/2 assigns the same settings to this object that match those in the 
  28. migration database. This might be a problem if a new version of an 
  29. application has different settings.
