  12. DESCRIPTION

  14. After inserting Diskette 1 during installation of OS/2 2.11 on a PS/2 
  15. 9595-OMT, the system locks up at the logo screen, or a screen with only
  16. a blinking cursor appears.
  17.  
  18. The system is a 486-DX2 with 16 MB of RAM and a 1 GB SCSI-2 hard drive.
  19. It does not have a RAID controller.

  23. This is a hardware problem. You probably need to replace the Process 
  24. Complex board. Call 1-800-IBM-SERV for assistance.
