  7.    Enclosed is the latest version of the IBM OS/2*
  8.    2.0 Service Pak, XR06100.  An additional file,
  9.    XR06100.XRF, located on Diskette 12 of the
  10.    3.5-inch diskettes, Diskette 14 of the
  11.    5.25-inch diskettes, and in the XR06100
  12.    directory on the CD-ROM, should be reviewed for
  13.    detailed information on what is fixed by this
  14.    Service Pak.  XR06100 also includes additional
  15.    video graphics adapter chip set support,
  16.    including the following:

  19.    -   ATI** Technologies ATI 28800
  20.    -   Headland** Technology HT208
  21.    -   Trident** Microsystems TVGA 8900
  22.    -   Western Digital** Imaging WD 90C11, C30, C31 (C30 mode)
  23.    -   Cirrus Logic** CL-GD5422, 5424
  24.    -   IBM VGA256C

  26.    o   Additionally, XR06100 includes the latest
  27.        version of the OS/2 Printer Driver diskettes
  28.        that you should use if you need to install
  29.        additional printer support on your system.

  31.    o   Installation of XR06100 from CD-ROM is
  32.        supported only on the following brands and
  33.        models of CD-ROM drives using an OS/2
  34.        2.0-supported SCSI adapter:

  42.        view the README.SP2 file included on Diskette 1
  43.        of the 3.5-inch diskettes, Diskette 1 of the
  44.        5.25-inch diskettes, and in the XR06100
  45.        directory on the CD-ROM.

  47.    o   You are permitted to make copies of this
  48.        Service Pak up to the number of OS/2 2.0
  49.        licenses you currently own.  To make copies of
  50.        this Service Pak, you can use the OS/2 DISKCOPY
  51.        command.  For information on how to use the
  52.        DISKCOPY command, type HELP DISKCOPY at an OS/2
  53.        command prompt.
