  28. In normal circumstances you should have received two issues of the
  29. OS/2 Discussion Forum in the past two weeks.  911101 on 11/04/91 and
  30. 911102 on 11/11/91.  Due to practical problems and workload concen-
  31. tration, there was a combined effort to get one issue out containing
  32. all relevant information received in the past two weeks.  To keep the
  33. numbering straight, this small issue is called 911101 and dated
  34. 11/04/91 (distributed on 11/13/91), the large one coming is called
  35. 911102 (being split into two parts), and is dated 11/11/91.
