  13.     Changes since Edition 1.0 of the RCS Texinfo manual:

  15.         o added a HTML version of the documentation. Tested on
  16.           Netscape 2.02

  18.         o added some figures which were not in Edition 1.0
  19.           I know these figures are only ASCII drawn, but
  20.           ASCII is more than nothing.

  22.         o the file you are reading.

  24.         o Using "Texinfo converting Tools Release 1.00" so
  25.           the SED scrips are no longer needed.

  27.         o corrected some writing errors

  29.         o makefile updated, don't use makefile to
  30.           create edition. Now it is done using
  31.           batch-files or command-files(OS/2)
