  13.     If you like to build the documentation yourself you have to install the
  14.     following programs:

  16.     GNU Make V3.69     (DOS Port ok) or
  17.                GNU Make 3.74 The emx-Port under OS/2 works good but
  18.                it don't work correctly under DOS. I don't know why.
  19.     GNU Makeinfo       any version should work.
  20.     TeX System           I recommend emTeX V3.14159.
  21.     "Texinfo converting Tools Release 1.00" (txict100.zip)
  22.                        to convert Texinfo to IPF and HTML.

  24.     InfoZIP's ZIP      To create the edition ZIP file(Version 2.1)
