  31.    The Ticker Tape 2 Part shows you a ticker tape text scrolling in its frame 
  32.    just like the Ticker Tape 1 Part.  This part handler subclasses from 
  33.    Ticker Tape 1; it inherits all of Ticker Tape 1 Part's features.  This 
  34.    handler is improved so that you can update the ticker tape text.  This is 
  35.    an example of how new features can be built upon a part handler by 
  36.    subclassing from the parent part handler.

  38.    When a large text file is selected to replace the ticker tape text, the 
  39.    text is loaded to the storage unit.  When the text is displayed, a fixed 
  40.    amount of text is retrieved from the storage unit.  This allows the amount 
  41.    of memory required to display the text to be small, regardless of how 
  42.    large the original text file is.
