  30.    OpenDoc supports the data transfer done with Edit menu actions Copy or Cut 
  31.    to copy data or even components in the clipboard and Paste to copy the 
  32.    content to a target component.  As with drag and drop, the data transfer 
  33.    is supported within one document or across documents.  The source 
  34.    component can be pasted or dragged either as a new  component to be 
  35.    embedded or data to be merged into the data of the target, as shown in 
  36.    <a href="2.5.2.3#FIG4610D50">Figure 31 in topic 2.5.2.3</a>.  If the data is to be merged to the contents, 
  37.    the merge is enforced by OpenDoc even if information is lost by the merge.
