  1. step 1: backup your config.sys
  2. Step 2: Edit config.sys, put "rem" just before the comment
  3. "protshell=c:\os2\pmshell.exe"
  4. then write another line just below this line
  5. "protshell=c:\os2\cmd.exe"
  6.  
  7. step 3: Reboot your machine, it will come up in command prompt.
  8.  
  9. step 4: go to muglib\dll
  10.  
  11. step 5: backup your current netapi.dll and replace it by the one sent
  12. with this zip file.
  13.  
  14. step 6: Restore to your original config.sys backedup in step1.
  15.  
  16. step 7: Reboot the machine
  17.  
  18. Step 8:Type net error /d
  19.  
  20. Step 9: Recreate the problem
  21.  
  22. Step 10: Send us the out put of "net error" command.
